How to invite Twilight I.T. to access your GoDaddy account Print

Overview

This guide walks you through how to invite Twilight I.T. to access and manage your GoDaddy account. This allows us to assist you without needing your personal login credentials.

What You Will Need

• Access to your GoDaddy account username and password
• A web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.)

Step 1 - Log In to GoDaddy

1. Open your web browser and go to www.godaddy.com
2. Click Sign In in the top right corner of the page
3. Enter your GoDaddy username and password
4. Click Sign In

Step 2 - Open Your Account Menu

1. Once logged in, look for your name or account icon in the top right corner of the page
2. Click on it to open a dropdown menu
3. Select Account Settings from the menu

Step 3 - Navigate to Delegate Access

1. On the Account Settings page, look for the Delegate Access option in the left-hand menu
2. Click Delegate Access
3. You will see a page titled People Who Can Access My Account

Step 4 - Invite Twilight I.T.

1. Click the Invite to Access button
2. In the email field, enter: domains@twilightit.com
3. Under Access Level, select Full Access
4. Click Send Invitation

Step 5 - Confirm the Invitation Was Sent

1. After sending, you should see domains@twilightit.com listed under People Who Can Access My Account
2. The status will show as Invitation Sent until Twilight I.T. accepts it

Notes

• Twilight I.T. will only be able to manage your account and will never have access to your billing information or the ability to change your personal login credentials
• You can revoke access at any time by returning to Delegate Access and removing Twilight I.T. from the list
• If you do not see the invitation listed after sending, check your spam folder for a confirmation email from GoDaddy
