Overview
This guide walks you through how to log into your client portal to view, print, or download your invoices.
Step 1 - Log Into the Client Portal
- Open your web browser and go to my.twilightit.com
- Click Account in the upper right corner
- Click Login
- Enter your email address and password and click Login
Step 2 - Navigate to Your Invoices
- Click Billing in the top menu bar
- Select My Invoices from the dropdown
Step 3 - View or Download an Invoice
- You will see a list of all your invoices along with their status (Paid, Unpaid, or Overdue)
- Click the invoice number to open it
- To download or print the invoice, click the Print Invoice button and use your browser's print or save as PDF option
Notes
- If you cannot log in, click Account then Forgot Password to reset your password
